천안시 신방동은 23일 행복키움지원단이 충남 홍성군 일원으로 복지사각지대 발굴 역량강화 제2차 네트워크 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
행복키움지원단은 이날 충남 홍성군 서부면 행정복지센터에 방문해 복지사각지대 발굴을 위한 현장 중심의 실천 방안을 모색하며 지역사회 인적안전망으로서의 역할을 강화했다.
김미숙 행복키움지원단장은 “위기가구를 발견했을 때의 초기 대응과 상황에 맞는 복지자원 연계, 협력 방안 등에 대해 논의했다”며 “복지사각지대 발굴의 필요성와 중요성을 다시 한번 공유하는 계기가 됐다”고 말했다.
손소희 신방동장은 “복지사각지대 발굴은 우리 주변의 작은 변화에 관심을 갖고 도움이 필요한 이웃에게 가장 먼저 손을 내미는 것에서 시작된다”며 “워크숍을 통해 배운 내용을 현장에서 실천해 지역사회 곳곳에 따뜻한 복지안전망이 자리잡을 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
