천안시는 다음 달 말까지 집합건물 관리인 31명을 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 실무교육’을 실시한다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 관리비 부과와 회계 처리, 관리단 운영, 정보공개 등 현장에서 반복되는 갈등과 민원을 사전에 방지하고 관리인의 실무 역량을 강화하기 위해 추진한다.
시는 각 건물 관리인과 일정을 사전 조율한 뒤 담당 직원이 해당 현장을 직접 방문하는 방식으로 교육을 진행한다.
교육 내용은 관리인의 권한과 의무, 관계 법령, 관리단 운영, 관리비·회계, 정보공개, 분쟁 예방 등 실무 핵심 분야를 중심으로 다루며, 현장의 애로사항과 건의사항도 함께 수렴한다.
시는 이번 교육 결과와 수렴된 현장 의견을 분석해 2027년 집합건물 관리인 교육사업에 반영하고, 현장 중심의 관리행정을 지속해서 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
장기수 천안시장은 “관리인의 역량이 곧 투명한 집합건물 관리로 이어진다”며 “찾아가는 교육을 통해 관리인의 실무 역량을 높이고 시민이 신뢰하는 관리 문화를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.

This education is being implemented to prevent conflicts and complaints that repeatedly occur in the field regarding management fee imposition and accounting treatment, management unit operation, and information disclosure, and to strengthen the practical skills of managers.
The city will conduct training by having responsible staff members visit the site directly after coordinating schedules with building managers in advance.
The curriculum focuses on key practical areas such as the authority and obligations of administrators, relevant laws and regulations, operation of management units, management fees and accounting, information disclosure, and prevention of disputes, while also gathering concerns and suggestions from the field.
The city plans to reflect the results of this education program and the on-site opinions gathered through consultation in the 2027 collective building management personnel education program, and intends to continue strengthening on-site-oriented management administration.
