[BAREUM CNB Publisher Alex Kim] - Self-directed growth and strengthening of reserve manager capabilities
Cheonan City Corporation stated on the 19th that it held the 'Women's Talent Leadership Workshop (W-Forward)' at Taehaksan Natural Recreation Forest.
This workshop was organized to support self-driven growth and strengthen the ability to perform roles within the organization through leadership training tailored to rank and role for 20 female employees.
The workshop focused on building a foundation for collaboration through mutual exchange to share work experience and know-how, including ▲self-understanding and resilience, ▲exploration of vision as a reserve manager and strengthening growth motivation, ▲learning and practicing communication skills, and ▲forest therapy to alleviate occupational stress.
In particular, through the 'Communication Roundtable with CEOs,' we encouraged employees' growth and challenges and listened to various opinions from the front line. Current female managers also participated together, sharing their experiences and concerns in organizational life, and had time to communicate with prospective managers.
Shin Kwang-ho, president of Cheonan City Corporation, said, 'We will continue to support women to fully exercise their capabilities and grow,' and 'We will help employees grow and build a collaborative organizational culture through education and communication programs by rank in the future,' he said.
