Cheonan City, on the 15th, announced that the Happiness Kiim Support Unit is implementing the health support project for low-income single elderly people called 'Don't Worry, Dear.'
The Happy Keyum Support Unit delivered health products and checked on the well-being of 30 homebound elderly people today. Additionally, it conducted on-site monitoring to assess their living conditions and connect them with appropriate welfare services.
Director Hyun Jin-ok of the Haengbang Keum Support Unit said, 'We hope that the provision of health products will help the daily lives of the elderly,' and added, 'We will continue to be the Haengbang Keum Support Unit that looks into the difficulties of nearby neighbors and extends a helping hand to those in need first.'
Yun Dae-yeong, the mayor of Byeongcheon-myeon, said, 'I am grateful to the Happiness Kiim Support Unit for stepping up to help the needy in the area,' and added, 'We will carefully examine how to provide welfare support that residents can feel through welfare counseling and service linkage centered on the field in the future.'
