Cheonan City Cheonan City Ssangyong 3-dong is said to be leading the way in creating a safe community through regular night patrols by the New Village Men and Women Council, on the 23rd.
The Saemaul Namnyo Council conducts patrols every Monday of the third week of each month, focusing on the Bongseong Mountain hiking trail and Sangga-dong area, to monitor safety within the region.
The Saemaul Namnyo Council is planning to continue patrol rounds to create Ssangyong 3-dong where residents can live without worry.
Choi Jeong-wook, mayor of Ssangyong 3-dong, said, 'We are grateful for your efforts to make Ssangyong 3-dong a place where people can live comfortably,' and added, 'We will continue to work together to create a safe neighborhood for citizens.'
