Cheonan City announced on the 21st that it will officially operate 'Psychological Support Services for Personnel in Disability Welfare Facilities'.

This project was established to reduce occupational stress and provide emotional recharging for workers on the front lines of the welfare field.

This program will be conducted in three sessions, each lasting one night and two days, for a total of 60 employees from 18 disability welfare facilities in Cheonan City. The detailed schedule is as follows: Session 1, October 22-23; Session 2, November 2-3; Session 3, November 9-10.

The education program was structured as a healing activity that alleviates physical and mental tension through practices such as meditation and mind yoga, allowing participants to step away from daily life and reflect on themselves.

Participants plan to relieve work fatigue and stress by resting in nature and communicating with colleagues.

A city official stated, 'The psychological well-being of practitioners who dedicate themselves in the field of disability welfare is directly linked to the provision of high-quality welfare services,' and added, 'We will continue to prepare various psychological support programs so that practitioners can work with healthy hearts in the future.'
